Asking For Husband, Male 40, Karachi

My husband has some psychiatric issues. I consulted a doctor last week. He prescribed Olepra 5mg once per day and Dapakan 500 mg (half in morning and 1 at night). The problem is he has to go to office tomorrow. When I give 1 tablet at night, his mood got better. Can I give 1 tablet in the morning also instead of half so that he will have good mood in the office to avoid any unpleasant incident. Followup to doctor is due next week. Looking for your answers.

kindly do not increase dose on your own. these medicines show their effect over weeks, not days. his mood will keep on improving. just give the dose as prescribed by your doctor
