send question to sister has borderline personality disorder she is on aripiprazole 10mg risperidone 1mg lexotanil 1.5mg sert 100mg she still has mood swings and cognition issues along with decision making in past a psychiatrist gave her butrin with brintellix and her all issues resolve except mood days mood swings are not that frequent but other two issues suggestion about using brintellix? could it help in this scenario like congnition improvement decision making as alone butrin have not helped much. should we try brintellix?
