i have done all heart test all are normal ecg echo holter 24 hours stress test thyroid test all are normal do i need any other test

yes taking medicine sert(50mg) alp(0.25) but yeh meri indigestion or jo heartbeat mehsos hoti rehti us ma koi sudhar nhi la rahi sat e sat mujhe chest left arm back pain b hai kuch faraq nhi per rha

i don't think so i have any stress i just had a chest pain one day after 20 or 25 days that pain spread to my back left arm chin front thorat

i have taking medicine for 3 weaks now and i don't have fast heart rate now i can just simply feel my heartbeat aware of heartbeat or you can say strong hearbeat like my heart rate will be 70 bpm but i can feel it

so far your medicines are concerned, Sert is Ok to continue, how ever Alp Alp should not be taken in continuity.
it has been 3 wk since you are taking medicines, better outcome would be after 6 wk .
please consult your psychiatrist who has prescribed you medicines ,he may increase potency of drug and taper off sleeping pills .
I would recommend to consult Cardiologist too for chest pain and further assessment and evaluation.
