sir mujhe 4 maheeny sy chest pain left arm pain back pain constant indigestion or sat ma mujhe apni heartbeat feel hoti rehti hai din raat her waqat mehsos hoti rehti mujhe heartbeat mehsos or ye asay mehsos hoti k jb merzi bina vein check kiya ma apni pulse count kr sakta hun all heart test are normal thyroid test are also normal is it anxiety issue? or something else

before i had fear of heart attck because of pains and you know other symptoms like feeling of heartbeat muscle twitching that's why i have done all heart test all normal

now a days feeling better but like a weak ago i was just like to sit home even i love to play snooker but my mood like no i had leave my job 4 months ago and i spend that 4 months in home i don't go out with friends or not getting intrust doing anything

first moth of my illness i haven't sleep for weak and for like moth i just eat fruit like or rush with tea thats it and after that things getting better now i have only symptoms left that i mention early on awareness of heartbeat all the time and indigestion

alp can u take not more than 3 weeks . if 3 weeks are done then stop it . take 100mg sertraline daily and consult me after 4 to 5 days .
