Aoa! I’m in deep deep depression i lost my first baby in 2023 age 6 months old Then Allah blessed me with another one I lost him too he was 55 days old In 2024 before that my elder brother age 33 also died . Now I m in severe depression I’m angry all the time I’ve experienced sleep paralysis a lot . Sometimes I feel so pain in my body it seems like all my bones will be broken but it vanishes in few seconds sleep issues also many other things are happening too
My question is is this because of depression or should I go to any neurologist?
