Although i dont know the full history of illness but Risperidone 0.5 mg is reasonable dose in a 70 year old man in conjunction with anti depressants. There is no fixed dose for anyone and dose is adjusted in relation to multiple factors. Regular follow up with psychiatrist is very important to review his response
