Salam, I was on different antidepressants since 4 years but last i was on fluoxetine 20 mg for months that i left myself on January 2020 as i thought I am better now. Didn’t get any side effects. Everything was nice till i got so much stress and anxiety due to my toxic mom and toxic environment in lockdown. My mental pressure was too much. Lost me appetite completely. Then i visited psychiatrist. He prescribed me fluoxetine 20 mg once a day for 4 days. And then twice a day after breakfast and lunch for one month. Sulp for stomach. And xanax 1 for 1 week and then half for 1 week. I had cough too so i took azomax for 5 days. Now the issue is I’m feeling burning inside my body and inside my palm. Too much anxiety. Can’t eat more than some bites then i feel like vomiting. I really want to eat food but can’t. Please guide me
