Talk to Psychiatry on Psychosis

Thinks that whole world including all family members,friends and colleagues are conspiring against him. Relates everything thing happening in life to everybody trying to teach him a lesson. Does not want to meet anyone. Repeatedly threatens his family to divorce his wife, leave his job and commit suicide. Does not acknowledge that he has a medical condition and he would not visit a psychiatrist. He thinks that visiting psychiatrist will not help because the psychiatrist also will be conspiring against him and give him medicines with serious side effects. Thinks only reason his thinking can be changed is that the whole world changes their behavior against him.
