I use dope (charas) as a sleeping pill at night. I want to quit it. Can I take alternate sleeping pills against it or what else should I do? Please note that I am practising this since 20 years
Please speak to a Psychiatrist. They Amy prescribe some medications to help with withdrawal symptoms from charas and may prescribe some other sleeping tablets if required.
