You need to get diagnosed first and for that you need to be seen by a psychiatrist either physically or online. Just one symptoms is not enough for anybody to make a diagnosis and “rumation OCD “ does not exist. Please do not search more on internet, it may mislead you. OCD is no doubt a serious psychiatric disorder and we need a lot more symptoms to label a person as a case of OCD. If this problem is affecting your personal, occupational or social life , and your relationships are being affected too, then do not waste time and consult a psychiatrist, and if you have everything going smooth then do not worry.
