Ab main kiya karon main kesi cheez pr focus nh kar paa rahi dosri profession main jana mushkil lag rah and uske bighr rahna bh main mentally unstable hogye hun plz Dr btain kiya karon koi medicines etc koi ilaj free main because I have no money please help me or ye bat main kesi sy share nh kar sakti please help kese mental stable hojaon bht busy rah kar bh mujh wo he cheezen mind main ghumti hain.
