Salam.
if you've developed itch, kindly stop lamotrigine Lamictal immediately and take any antihistamine antiallergy like soften or rigix for a week only. Try counselling sessions CBT and relaxation techniques. Visit a psychiatrist for reassessment and advice.
Kind regards,
Dr Momina, Psychiatrist.

Thank you for asking.
If you have the symptoms without being on medication for last 1 month then this might be due to unresolved psychiatric issue or either antidepressant discontinuation symptoms.
This need an assessment.
Kindly book online for a detail assessment and further treatment guidance accordingly.

There are different modes of treatment for treating depression. One of such is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy introduced by world renowned therapist Aaron Beck. Though it takes time, many sessions but very effective in the long term. You can go for it. Don't worry.
