Wa alaikum aslam.
Have you consulted any clinical psychologist for your condition?
You can book a session if you want.
Here are some suggestions for your condition.
When we focus our attention on things that are ignorable, our minds can become cluttered and overwhelmed. This can lead to a number of problems, including:
* Increased stress and anxiety
* Difficulty concentrating
* Reduced productivity
* Poor decision-making
* Feeling overwhelmed and scattered
In lay man's terms, it's like trying to find a specific item in a messy room. The more clutter there is, the harder it is to find what you're looking for. Similarly, when our minds are cluttered with unimportant information, it becomes harder to focus on the things that are truly important.
Here are some tips for dealing with this:
* Prioritize your tasks and focus on the most important ones.
* Set aside some time each day to clear your mind and relax.
* Practice mindfulness and meditation.
* Get enough sleep.
* Talk to a therapist or counselor if you are struggling to manage your attention.
By taking steps to manage your attention, you can improve your mental health and well-being.
