My brother become extremely violent nd aggressive even on small matters, He takes olepra 5mg sometimes but not on regular basis... will his health effect by this? Does this makes his condition even more worse?? kindly guide a little bit

yes, 5mg is minimum effective dose of olepra in first episode of schizophrenia and many patients are completely stable on this foresee if compliance is ensured. This patient has problem with compliance and first that needs to be ensured.
