It can be a neuro-psychiatric problem or underlying medical problem aggravating to cause such symptoms. Nonetheless, she should be examined by a physician firstly, then by a neurologist/Psychiatrist to determine the underlying cause of such symptoms, then medications should be suggested. That's just my opinion ....
