Talk to Psychiatry on Sleeping Problem

It happened so many times for like 4/5 years. Not as regular. When i try to sleep and when i try to wake up, there's so many voices in my head. So many topics meri dimaag mei ghhumne lagti hai that i can't stop my brain. the topics are not like something that is happening with me or surround me. they are like unreal things. But when i try to wake up and open my eyes and get out of bed, It's gone. It just happens when i try to sleep and try to wake up but want to sleep more. Why is this happening? What problem does it called?
