I suffer sever social anxiety at the beginning of any conversation especially when i have to explain something to anyone This problem kills me in interviews when the interviewer ask me to "introduce yourself" i got totally blank which makes my interview less valuable at the beginning. How to overcome it, this problem is killing me badly

yes, physical activity 45 min 3 times a week will work, readings also but along with psychotherapy.
Very common issue and need some psychological support to build on confidence and get it out of the way.Try to see a psychologist or behaviour therapist in your area.Best wishes
