I have a stammering problem that has increased over the last 2-3 years. It was very rare before. But recently it has been more than 2-3 years and it has become too much. I have a hard time finishing the first word of any sentence ( mostly it's star form beginning word)
Due to which anxiety and depression have started. I was afraid to speak more. All the time the mind started to be sick due to this problem and this problem is increasing day by day. Always worried about this۔
Sometimes things go well, sometimes not at all. While talking, it is very loud and hard and the voice has to come out from inside, there is also pain in the mouth and tongue.
Even before talking, there is a negative thought in the mind. Nothing will happen. And this feeling of inferiority is bothering me a lot. Both mentally and physically.
I need guidance and help about this issue ?

I appreciate you're here to seek help. if it wasn't from childhood, it's a good thing that it's not something organic or medical. it's simply a psychological fear which started after some incident and now you've developed a fear of speaking which itself causes more stammering.
you need to consult a clinical psychologist and work on your fear thoughts. yeh bilkul theek hojata hai. I have handled such cases before and I have seen amazing improvement

It is not congenital but it is from my childhood age 6-7 years. I am confused , it speaks issue or a psychology issue ..what should do first ?

stammering starts usually at the age you mentioned even if it's psychological.
speech therapy is a very long process. first rule out psychological approach. if it's due to social anxiety, working on it with automatically lower or end the stammers
