can a doctor please suggest me a good iron supplement which won't interfere with escitalopram or interact with it ? also with the last gastrointestinal side effects thank you
Almost all iron preparations cause constipation in long term use. You can use FerFer Satchet. it has lower dose of iron but side effects are also minimal

yes, i did all these tests, and my hb was 8.8, and ferretin was pretty low as well . so I had 2 iron ivs ( venofer) about a month ago
