I am having anxiety and in a week or in 10 days I feel very bad, specially at night time before sleep.sypmtoms like nausea , heart beat increase for a while, sweating,different thoughts and chest pain etc . Is there any things to do like excercise or gam es or food or something else to do in order to decrease anxiety. Pease tell me factors to reduce anxiety.

You can follow regular relaxation at night time that includes breathing exercises and progressive muscler relaxation. Also try to distract ur self from overthinking that is actually causing anxiety in u. Follow regular healthy food intake avoid spices, fried items, bakery and sugary products. Try to take dinner before 8 pm atleast 2 hour before sleep use lot of water. These things can help u if u follow them regularly but its better to consult psychologist for complete assessment and treatment.

While exercise etc can calm things down, these issue alleviate only when you address them in a safe setting. your thoughts are an inner communication that is asking to be addressed. it is recommended that you take a consultation from a psychotherapist.
