i dont know where to start but i was completely normal 2 yrs back i am good in studies but this constant desire of getting much is bringing me anxiety thoughts i will make it short i have phobias that something will happen to me i had palpitations now they are gone but their is constant reminder in my mind and because of this i cantt focus in my studies my grades are falling i dont know what to do
