I have anxiety problems and depression. I have symptoms like fast heartbeat, shortness of breath and nervousness. I am anxious and depressed in my everyday life but i have serious problem of thinking of future things and different events, someday i will become successful and i feel very happy and enjoy this but in real life it is not anything like that. In my everyday life i am not on that success place but i think a lot about that due to which i cannot do my everyday things, work, studies and i feel guilty and depressed when i again think about that successful place or post because in actual i am not there. I feel very at night and thinked a lot of things, achieved goals, and many things that i dont have but i feel like i am on this place. These are thoughts and feeling that makes me happy. I feel these thoughts and feelings from 2019.
In simple words i have anxiety, depression and i am living in future that makes me feel comfortable, energyfull and happy.
In past i have a dream of

At first in past, i have a dream of studying abroad and i thinked a lot about how to study, how to manage expenses, alll the day.
But than i changed my goals to becoming actor. When i think about my future that one day i will become a successful person, rich man, famous and i have a lot of fame and things. I enjoy myself by thinking about future in my mind. After one or two days, i feel guilty and sad when i do my everyday life things like college, prayer, work.
