Aoa. I had taken a session from a psychologist few months back , she told me I am doing totally fine . It is just overthinking which I was facing.... But now I always feel tired and stressful , I used to be very lively , abhi bhi I feel happy but ziada time tak I can't stay happy , I can't feel the happiness properly jesy pehly krta tha .. I feel like aik gham hai jo Rooh k sath chipak gya hai !!! I feel a pain in my nerves which arises from my feet and ends into my hands.. I feel calm when I make a punch... I feel very normal sometimes , but some time I feel like mad.... but I don't react.... I love people , so I just keep my anger , emotions and stress to myself..........I am an intellectual so mjhy feel hota hai k psychologist jo kuch b kehta hai , I already know this (which is bad) ....what should I do . ?

Depression is real. Anxiety is real. Trust me it is no less painful than any other disease. If you're reading this and you're suffering from a bad time then here is my advice, please don't stay alone. I know it is hard to go out or hangout but you've to do this. Push yourself and save your life. Get ready, meet your friends & family. Try to go out. Enjoy a good meal. Watch a comedy movie. If you don't have enough money then not to worry just do some work out at home or go for a walk. Take a shower, wear neat clothes , comb your hair, cook Maggie or any meal you like. Just don't stay alone & free. Anxiety & depression attacks when you're alone and you're not doing anything.
