am facing anxiety attacks since June 2020.. I feel helpless and cry about whole day but at night it's okay sometimes...i can't eat and sleep properly... Unable to control my thoughts...facing pain in my shoulders, neck and severe headaches... Every morning about 8.30am i started shivering and my heartbeat increases even if I am sleeping...also lose temper sometimes especially during my menstrual cycle period and cry constantly.. i didn't consult any doctor and I'm not taking any medicines... What should i do in this situation..??

I would say these are the symptoms of anxiety leading to depression.
