Talk to Psychologist on Bipolar Disorder

kindly forward my question to psychiatrist not psychologist or homeopathic doctor.i am a bipolar patient and few weeks ago doctor has prescribed me citicoline syrup for my depression plus cognition for one week I have used it and it has shown awesome results but then I shifted to citicoline pills and now I am on pills for 5 days m not feeling that much good results just first day when I used tablet I felt same results as with syrup but not after that.i tried medicine because they were not that much expensive as syrup.can anyone tell me is there any difference between syrup or tablet form.if there is no difference then why they are available in different forms and why syrup is more expensive.kindly inform methnks a lot
