According to my experience it is Gender Dysphoria in which person feel discomfort due to gender identity but it is tentative diagnose by my side. There is a complete process in which we first take complete assessment than we give the client diagnosis (if any) than we start treatment.

I can see that your anxiety level is quite high, and it can be addressed properly via online sessions if it's not possible for you to have an in person consultation.
