yes i can.. you should first clean your bed. clean bedsheet. you should wear clean and scent dress. small light scent is good. then ly down on your beck on the bed. close your eyes. focus on breathing first. Focus closely. Then only exhale slowly. Focus on slowing exhale. you will get amazing peaceful feelings.

dear there are breathing techniques depending upon person which suits thm best. one simple one is inhale from nose hold then exhale from mouth.
