I was in a critical stage of depression while in final year of my engineering degree. A doctor then recommended me Xynax in 1992. Then I was regularly taking those tablets and I was feeling 100 perfect. Relaxed and normal. But now a days these tablets are not available or it may be not orgional as it carries not the same effects so I started using Alf. What other tablets do you recommend for feeling easy, relaxed, happy and better sleep ?

And a GP cannot prescribe medication for psychological problems.

har masaly ka hal tablets nahi.xanax and alp are addictive.a person develops tolerence after taking them for a certain period of time.then the dose needs to be increased to have desirable effects.why dont you try taking sessions from a clinical psychologist for feeling easy,relaxed,happy and better sleep.
