I use so many kinds of antidepressants medicine but not feel good so now used Reline 50mg which is prescribed by senior doctor in PIMS now she is on holidays I feel better with this medicine upto 50% as compared other antidepressants medicine like ufrain 20mg galaxy 120mg & paroxotine 25mg...is I increased the doses of Reline from 50 to 100mg for more result....when I wake up in the morning heavily stressed on muscle of head for one hour then relax why that occurs please explain it..

Did you change dosage on your own or Dr.'s prescription? Also, have you ever been into counseling/therapy alongside psychiatric treatment, because that would actually be helpful in treating your depression, if done. Psychiatric medication must be followed under strict supervision of Dr. Otherwise it will result in such physiological symptoms.

You should go for psychotherapy to manage your depression. And taper off medication on Dr. advice. Till she's back, take the prescribed dosage only.
