AoA.. i am looking for an experienced psycatrist around sahiwal area. actually my problem is that when i feel stressed i feel that i will discharge. when i realize that it is my problem then i feel the same issue. now it is happening day by day and it is very irritating. i checked up with a psycatrist but it can't able to solve my problem. i am facing this problem about 1.5 years. kindly suggest me some good advices. Thanks.

as you mentioned your condition i think you need therapy sessions because this problem is not going to be sort out from medication. secondly, i dont have any idea about psychologist in sahiwal but you can also tale online session from psychologist
