Aoa, i want some help and guidance please. i had been suffering from anxiety since long. symtoms of anxiety keep on changing. ab aj kal ye ho raha hai k mind mey thoughts atay rehty hain har wqt negative. i think mind thoughts lanay say rukta hi ni hai jo b kaam krun zehan mey sochen chalti rehti hain feels like k mene pagal ho jana hai inhi sochon ki waja say. bogot ajeeb feel hota hai i dont know kese btaun mai yahan. ab agar kahin bahir b chli jaun to wahan theek rhny ki kosish krti hun tou ghar aa k phr sy wohi thoughts darr gabraht ajeeb feelong. pls kuch btaen

Please take proper sessions for this. soon you will feel better. thoughts do effect how a person and feel and behave. Try to distract yourself by involving yourself in activities that you like to do. But along with the I recommend you to take sessions so that a therapist can work on root cause from where the anxiety is coming .

ye sab kafi months say chl raha hai doc, ab zyada bharta jaa raha hai, koi medicine nahi lay rahi abi to i went to doc usnay medicines di thi jo 4 days lay k kisi reason ki waja say i stopped taking them. and abi i am very much worried, har time mood low rehta hai irritaion ajeeb sa darr. r aj kal ki routine mey kuch b ni hai krnay ko just sara din aik hi room mey late k guzarta hai.kuch krny ka dil ni krta..pls suggest something.

anxiety k mutalik jo bhi thoughts atu rhti hyn unhn kici diary mn likhti jayen. jitni b thoughts ayen pen down kr lein. phr un thoughts ka analysis krein k konci sahi hyn aur knci illogical hyn. jo sahi hyn woh sahi q hyn aur jo illogical hyn woh illogical q hyn. yh sab diary py krein.. is trah krne sy apko apne bary mn complete model aur self awareness increase hogi. self concept apka clear ho jey ga. agr apko thoughts jo kch khti hyn then plan krein unko carry out krne ka. actionable plan.. r us plan ko krein.. jab kr leingi you will feel relaxed and calm and peaceful.

AOA. For the speedy recovery of your psychological disorders, please do exercise / walk for 60 minutes in a day. Have sound sleep of 8 hours daily. Drink 12 glass of water / liquid daily. Eat balance diet n protein diets. Take regular counseling sessions from a clinical psychologist. Then do meditation twice a day that YOU ARE GETTING BETTER.
