Theek hai. Stammering issue bachpan say hai ya stress may hota hai aisa? Ya koi physical ailment k bad say aisa hona shuru hua ho? Second thing is waswasa negative thoughts hein these are fears actually ab inki kafi wajoohat hoskti hein. Thoughts uncontrollable hojati hein jab app ko unsay fear ho fear ke waja say aisa hota hai us k liye yeh hai k app confident rahein app jo bhi keh rahy hein ya jis bhi lehjay may keh rahy hein stammering k liye techniques hoti hein behtar hoskta hai kisi speech therapist say contact karein es k liye. realy mujhe ab fear lagta in sb chezo se ... itna sochta itna ula ata ho ...bs control nho hoty .. muje pata bhi hona kuch nhi hai ..mgr phr dar lagta hai ... ( maybe mind weak ho gya zida soch soch k ) confidence pada hota .. repat karna parta hai kam i will try my level best
