Hi hope you doing fine. Yes it is a sign of depression and it also happens because you have more responsibilities all you have to do is that you have to cope with it. Try to be positive when you get angry just try to think about the consequences like agar gussa kar liya hai you ab kya hoga kya ab Chezain unchange hojae geee. Kya gussa karne se sub theek hojae ga?
