ap apny khayal ke response mai jo kaam krty hain wo band kr dain.agar khayal bar bar ae to usy control krny ki bajae any dain.agar is se anxiety ho to hony dain.ahista ahista wo khud he khatam ho jae gi.yani you shud increase your tolerence of anxiety.nahaty hue kucch ho jae ga ko bhi aik thought samjh kr any dain aur khoob relax ho kr nahain.
