Since past 6 months, I am repeatedly having disturbing thoughts. I feel like everything would end and something bad would happen. These thoughts are stuck in my mind. At night, I see scary dreams and wake up crying. what to do?

My thoughts include things like, "Something bad will happen with me", "I will do something bad with others", "I will become distant from reality", "I will make myself crazy" and "When I will wake up from sleep, I will lose any of my senses".

just wrote down on a diary about your daily life routine and see what positive and negative things happens in a day with you
count your blessings and think is it worth about thinking that thoughts which are still not happens to me....

Try scheduling your day. Don't isolate yourself. and write good things in your diary at the end of each day so that you feel relaxed and grateful about the day!
You're young and energetic, but in a growing phase.. So emotional ups and down might happen but you're strong enough, always remember!

Consulted a psychologist and she referred me to a psychiatrist and asked me to get sleeping pills to regulate my sleep. Do you think it is a wise decision?
