Walaikum salam. infact zaida tar parents shuru sai hi bacho ko emotions ko samajhna, express karna aur theek sai unko accept karna nahi sikhatai. bacha kisi baat pai ronai kagai tu zabardasty chup karwa dena,osko kuch bura lagai aur wo batanai ki koshish karai tu ye keh dena k apko kuch nahi pata etc etc..ye sab batain kahin na kahin unconscious ka hisa ban kar adulthood mai samnai aati hain. hum apnai hi emotions ko express karnai sai dartai hain k koe kia sochai ga,inappropriate lagay ga. it is very important to cry whenever you feel like it. catharsis hota hai.ansu baha kar dil halka ho jata hai.

i hope you will be fine . Regarding your problem sometimes the emotions are at the peak and we know we need to express it but it gets so difficult that we are not able to express our emotions .Many people suffer from this , reasons can be different .
Sometimes people don,t wanna look weak so they controlled emotion
