I feel tired, fatigued and sleepy even if I sleep for 6 or 8 or 12 hours and I barely wake up in between. I have changed my routine to healthy eating and going for a walk every day for 15 to 30 minutes. It has been like this for more than 6 years. I have taken every possible vitamin which even includes theragran m. These are the blood tests done over the years and all seem good: CBC, uric acid, stool occult blood, helicobator pylori, serum hepatitis BS Ag, thyroid, urine, urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, iron, glucose fasting, liver profile.

It seems like you are already concerned about your issue and you have possibly done everything. It wont be cause of medical condition.
There is a possibility that initially you have faced some issue and your body tried to cope with up and now it is habitual of it.
You may be facing issues like anxiety, depression or memory issues.
I believe you need someone who can constantly work with u to alter every pattern. It might be very difficult initially but im hopeful u ll get through
