Talk to Psychologist on Gender Identity Disorder
Asking for Other, Female, 24 years old, Karachi
I would like to know if any psychologists here are experienced in identifying, diagnosing and treating gender dysphoria or gender identity disorder. (I am NOT looking for "Conversion therapists" or religious biases.) Please also let me know if you would be willing to find and refer to the patient a suitable endocrinologist for this disorder. Yes diagnosis foe gender dysphoria has to be made by a psychologist who would b able to do it through one to one interaction. conducting a clinical 8nterview. Consulting a n endocrinologist would help in identifying its physiological or hormonal basis...
