Talk to Psychologist on Gender Identity / Inner And Soul Feelings Problem

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 15.5 years old, Lahore

I grew up at approximately 13 years (Sperm production started). I have a mustache, and a little beard on my chin, and my sperm production is also good, like normal growing-up boys. But my problem is that my Soul and inner feelings sometimes behave like a girl. Now I come to my past. When I was a child, I liked to be a girl and behave like a girl. I used to play with dolls at a very little age and liked doing girly kinda stuff and liked to be ready like girls. At 10 years I left most of the girly things. When I was 13.5 years of age, I did not do these things. I became busy with my studies and I mostly "left" these kinda things. Now at age of 15 years, I don't play with dolls at all and I don't do these kinda girly things. But I am worried about why sometimes these kinda girly feelings that I'm a girl come into my body and my body likes to behave like a girl. I'm also worried that I can do the reproduction process or not in the future with the one to whom I will marry... &quo

Gender dysphoria is the term for a deep sense of unease and distress that may occur when your biological sex does not match your gender identity. In the past, this was called gender identity disorder. For example, you may be assigned at birth as a female gender, but you feel a deep inner sense of being male. In some people, this mismatch can cause severe discomfort, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
If your gender identity matches the gender assigned to you at birth, this is called cisgender. For example, if you were born biologically as a male, and you identify as a man, you are a cisgender man. do consult with a psychologist.

I have 2 sisters and one brother. I am the 4th and smallest sibling in my family. Including me, we make a total of four.
CHILDHOOD MEMORY:
I used to play with my sisters and girls too. I also used to watch dramas, especially Indian. In Indian dramas, a girl/woman comes as the main lead role. She handles everything neatly and does good things with everyone. Everyone is fond of that girl in the drama. This thing appealed to me the most to behave like a girl in my childhood. I used to "act" like the female of the drama too. This thing is the most prominent memory of my childhood. When I grew up a little, I understood that I was doing wrong. I started playing outside with the boys. It helped a lot to make myself stable. Now at present, I talk about myself. I totally WALK like a boy; I have a grave voice. I have a beard. I am a growing-up boy like other boys grow. I am happy with the male body and parts and now I don't do this girly stuff.
Mostly my body likes to behave like a boy. But sometimes my body and soul from the Inside behave like a girl, mostly when I'm talking to myself and when I look in the mirror. My soul starts acting like a girl. Sometimes my talking style change. It's super weird. This behavior only happens sometimes when I am talking to myself, not in public. I am mentally stable too. I hope so this doesn't affect my future when I will marry.

My routine is like getting up at 7:30 am (during school days). I do breakfast after getting up. During school days, I go to school on the bike by myself. After school, I come home, eat food and take a quick nap. I offer prayer sometimes and sometimes not. Then I use technology (Computer and phone) and then I start studying till late at night around 3 am. Then sleep and then the same routine starts.

On weekends I wake up at 12 pm. Do breakfast. Do rest. Use technology. Study till late at night. I don't go outside because of my exam preparation now. But I (sometimes) go outside only on weekends on the bike only.
