Actually ek din us ko mayo hospital emergency us na ecg krwai r whn house Officer r koi bht young doctors na usko pata ni kya keh dea us Ecg ko le kr. Or wohi ecg le kr hum PIC ga tou cardiologist was laughing k mayo hospital walo na aisa kaha. Unho Risek 20mg di r ghr bhej dea. Lkn tb se usay sakoon ni aa raha. Us k blood tests r echo krwa chuky sb normal hy. Lahore k best cardiologists ko b dikha chukay hy Dr Junaid zafar in Hameed latif hospital and Dr Gohar Saeed in National Hospital both said koi dil ka masla ni hy. Ab us na wo sari complaints khud m peda kr li hy jo ek heart Paitent m hoti hy like sans ka phoolna chest m heaviness, left shoulder tension, blood pressure high ho jana, paon thanday par jana, palpitations, wo Masha'Allah physically bht fit tha lakin ab bht weakness r zra sa b stamina ni raha itna sochta rehta hy. He was totally off from everything. Like left his mba and job as well. He is software engineer. He was daily gym going person but left excercise too. But now slowly he is getting back to his routine but he has chest discomfort remains with him.

It's good if he returns to his routine so it's good time to take therapy session for further motivation please consult with psychologist, because some issues or mostly issue not only resolve by family and friends support they need a good counselor who develop coping skills and motivation
