I got married last year. Lost two of my close relatives. Overall life is fine. Sexual life is fine too. However, its been several months that I feel lack of motivation for anything in my life. Nothing excites me. I don't like to socialize. Just few close friends with whom I like to meet.. Sometimes twice a month, sometimes later. I am having temperamental issues as well. Sometimes I feel okay-ish, most of the times I feel down, doomed and easily offended for no good reason. Never conceived nor plan to. Plz help me understand if it is something to do with my thyroid or what?

The specimen is recived in formalin coded as’D2’ and antrum” It consists of three grey white tissue pieces measuring 0.5x0.3 in submitted in single cassette (SUM).
MICROSCOPIC DESCRITION:
Microscopic examination was performed.
DDIAGNOSIS:D2 and atrum:
Fragments of specialized gastric mucosa with mild chronic focally active gastritis with Helicobacter dysplasia noted.
A fragment of duodenal mucosa showing intact villous architecture and mild interaepithelial Lymphocytosis. Lamina propria shows moderate Lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate with scattered eosinophils,neutrephils. Giardia are for malignancy.
