when i fall asleep So 5 minutes of sleep I feel a Shock and my eyes open This issue has been around for 2 months but now for past two days it happened when i am in sleep

A one or two hypnic jerks condition is totally normal. it is a condition that happens when a body muscles relaxes and brain mistakenly takes it as a falling or dying state and reacts with twitching of muscles hence a jerk happens.
there are certain things that increases these jerks and those are excessively exercising at night time or caffeine intake, sleep deprivations and emotional stressors.
