Assalam o alaikum doctors , I am 23 years old student and the problem i want to discuss is that I dont feel any emotion at all happy/sad nothing at all , ai have been like this for years now i dont know what is wrong I dont like talking to people much even if they try to talk to me including my family , i get angry alot on bery small things ( people talking around or people asking me questions ) also i want to mention that i have never been able to cry in my whole life i dont even remember the last time i cried honestly its so strange , I dont really feel sadness but a complete emptiness inside me not being able to feel anything is so overwhelming , sometimes i do get these suicidal thoughts where i want to just end it all mostly happens at night when i cant sleep till morning

No i dont even talk to anyone in my house , dont have a very big circle but 4-5 people i hang out with but i would not call them a friend though

Thankyou all the doctors for your kinds responses , I dont think ill be comfortable enough to consult online on video so if there is any doctor who have a clinic in karachi , that would be convenient for me . thankyou again !

PS : Also i dont ever feel like eating anything at all , sometimes i stay hungry for 1-2 days or might just drink a glass of banana shake or some biscuits with tea . my weight is 48kg and age almost 24yrs

your first complain is that you cant feel any emotion at all....then how you feel angry?? anger is an emotion. your problem is that you feel depress sometimes. its better to consult psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
