Assalamualaikum, plz someone guide me what should i do.. main bohat pareshan hon..mera koi bhi kaam kerny ka dil nahi kerta ..her waqt bus dil kerta hai laiti rahun ghar k bohat saray kam pending hain ..already get Cbc, vit d and thyroid tested all are normal just vit d was slightly less but i am taking medicine for this from 2 months ..but still i don't feel like doing anything.please help..thanks
you are fine dont need to worry but these things can get worse if you do not treat them in time. what you have to do is fight with your brain and enage in activity challenge yourself and remind yourself that you are healthy and can do all that pending task but it would not be easy for you so you need help and guidence so that someone can evaluate you and every week for some time and push you do all those task.
