my brother have some psychological problems, specially lack of confidence because of which he is unable to face others and cannot do any kind of work, he has lost his social circle as well.

When it is evident dt ur brother has some sort of psychological problems
den it means he has got some stressor he is unavailable to resolve on his
own n his vicious cycle is building up n he is, since unable to cope, he is
suffering in silence. Gradually he has started losing his friends n other
close fellows.
Resultanytly he is not getting better atall. Kindly take him to a mental
health professional for a complete psychological assessment n evaluation n
later he would expect treated using cognitive behaviour therapy n ins he
will b fine
