Talk to Psychologist on Lethargy And Foggy Mind

Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Lahore

I am experiencing myself low on energy and absent in mind for a few days. No fever, no cough and no body aches. Just lethargy and a dull random pain that lasts for a few minutes in chest/rib cage. I am stressing myself too much about corona whereas no symptoms show. But when i think too much i feel myself out of breath. Is it depression or stress/anxiety? Lost my father a few weeks ago. I have been taking xanax for the last few days but have stopped now.. Got my chest xray done as well fearing the chest pain 2 week ago. Picture is attached. Please advice as this is affecting my routine life now..

the thing is the xray should be reviewed by a chest specialist. it may be depression or stress but rule out physiological reasons first.
