His condition referring towards overthinking, thoughts maladaptive patterns he has adopted which is leading him to develop bizzare behaviors like talking, laughing to himself.
Sertraline is suggested to control his ocd in thinking and mental activity.
This treatment might go longer than a year depends on his severity of condition. If his symptoms are more than a year it demands treatment of 3 to 4 persistent years.
Cost required is 4200 PKR per session.
-Proper family attention and understanding, intense care and soft attitude will lead him to develop ease and vast perceptions.

Medicine will be received recommended by psychiatrists and psychotherapy will be provided by a clinical psychologist. Remember you cannot skip any of these treatments.
