I have a problem. I take bath after every time I sleep. When I don't take bath after sleep I cant do anything. I feel very dirty. My mind not working and physically too I feel bad. And I sweat inside my armfits which smells very bad. I am stomach patient too. Having IBS for almost 12 years. I have mental problems like unnecessary fear of things, unable to speak in public, low modes and extreme sensitivity. Please help me. I will be thankful.

You need to book a proper session for help. there are some OCD tendencies that can be seen in your case.. Try to maintain hygiene in a way that doesn't disturb your daily life routines. Use good perfumes, stomach problems can also contribute in such problems. For rest of issues, history is required.

relaxation methods like meditation ,yoga,deep muscle relaxation,breathing exercises can improve ocd symptoms...u need to go for exposure therapy and learn and practice techniques to lessen and then stop ocd thoughts and actions...ocd can be caused of past painful experiences...if u want to discuss your problem indepth then book.a session

I have gone through tortures.. kindly tell me what is ocd and how can I get red of it. It is killing me..
