Schedule change krein apna. Screen time e.g. Laptop, mobila, TV ka use kam krdein. Continuous and excess use human mind ko disturb krta hai aur as a result insan fresh feel nhe krta aur physical changes bhe aa jaty hain.
I can understand k online classes ki wja se students ko use krna prta laptop ziada pr try to reduce it. Pehly khud ko time de ta k phr ap sb chezein achy se manage krsken.

I can totally understand what you're going through. Just know that some days are bad and it's going to end anyhow, it too shall pass. University life will end, you'll find another good job or maybe you'll adjust and manage with all the work. Think of the things which are in your hand currently. Is studying less and not making assignments in your hands? I guess no. Not using too much screen is in your hands? no. What's in your hand is to take good sleep, and take care of your diet, water intake and a bit of self care like going out for a walk or maybe just on terrace.. Make time table or a visual schedule to follow for 24 hours. Check if procrastination is there and try to remove it. Think of the "24 hours" as enough time for you to manage everything. Last but not the least, Take help when you can and when you need, in assignments or other things from people at your home if that's possible.
