its has been over 2 years since i have been mind chattering and cut from people.i am always lost in my mind .it has affected my studies really badly .it' s been a month since i figured out what was actual problem.when i studied i did'nt know why i couldn't memorize .now i know during study or whatever i do keep thinking.i try really hard to get rid of it but it creates more thoughts my next exams are just five months away and i literally dont know any thing even though i was a quick learner before.i because of this have ramained and still remain depressed and cry for absolutely senseless reasons .i know if i stop chattering and come out of my mind i can get better but it is not happening even when i am trying and listening to different methods.Could you please help me with this?

Your mind is trying to solve some problem that u r not focusing on. U need a psychologist to consult u to solve the problem effectively. If the thoughts are repitative it is sign of OCD(Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and if it is over thinking it is sign of anxiety and depression.

Usually the thoughts belong to what i do like if i am watching football i create a whole scenario i my mind and i think for hours and days about it like i am living in that thought

sometimes thoughts are negative but cuz of this like if i wanna study i am dragged back to these thoughts and imagination and when i try to quite my mind i get more thoughts about doing that which i get involved in again
